I've not had any of the issues that the other reviewers have had. It was not difficult to install. It has worked as expected and has given good service and good, consistant household water pressure (showers are great now). It is mounted in the basement and is quiet enough that I can not hear it operate from the living quarters upstairs.

We bought this pump to increase our water pressure of 35 lbs.
It has not lost pressure with other valves open at same time.
It was great to take a real shower in my home that we purchased backed in Oct.2012
Had to do something about our water pressure due to the water company not being able to repair our end of their system for another Two to Three years.
This was a smart purchase.

The only pump that I have owned that actually DOES keep constant pressure up when showering !!!

Purchased this pump in april 2012, needed a pump to pull filtered creek water to water animals via drink nipples and a huge garden on drip irrigation. This pump has been very, very reliable. Not experienced the warping/leaking so far. Did purchase replacement warranty but when you compare this to pumps costing twice as much I would buy another one of these. The only thing I wish it had was a way to reduce the cut off pressure, it sits around 65# which is ok, as we use pressure reducers at the faucets and the valve main at the garden.

Had pump for about 6 months and shaft seal started leaking. Need to be able to replace shaft seal when it goes bad insted of replacing pump.

I bought this with the 2 year warranty. ive had it now for about 3 months and i am on the third pump. blowing from the seals, just not turning on. now my third one just went. i am not even going to argue for another one, im just going to spend the extra money and get a good one some where else.

it was very easy to install, and does give great pressure, those are the good things.

however, they keep blowing out, the housing that sits on top, where all the screws are in a circle, can't take any pressure, I went thru 4 of them, and each one died the same way, the only difference was how long they lasted, the best one lasted about two weeks, all the rest died within days, the last one lasted two days. gave up and got a refund. serious design flaw, or cheap materials, not sure which, if the housing were made of metal, instead of plastic, I think it would last longer, or stronger screws, no, the screws stay in place, the plastic is what blows out.

DO NOT BUY, do not waste your time with this, I made 4 trips into phoenix to replace these units, before giving up, which I did because I hoped it was a fluke and I would get a good unit eventually, which I needed, bought it because my water pressure has been so low.

I hope the store is paying attention, contact the manufacturer and tell them they need to make some changes on this unit, works great until it blows out, no way anyone made any money off this sale or lack of sale

I use the pump to raise my pressure in the whole house I have very low pressurer. the pumps work great for a week or two. I am now working on my 5th pump the first 3 blew out the Oring after a week or so I lost all my tile in my basement as water went everywhere got me twice on the tile replacement the third one I was lucky enough because my better 1/2 was washing clothes and was able to shut the water down before it blew out the Oring compleatley, the next one I couldnt get the brass fitting to seal but no damage because never got the chance to use it. Now this last one sealed great and worked like a charm till the motor froze up so tomorrow I will take it back and see what the next one will do this should be fun.

got this about a year ago. worked great for awhile.
Only builds pressure to 44psi now. Won't shut off... runs constantly.
Not so good for the electric bill.
Cheap plastic fitting between pressure switch and pump leaks.

The pump worked well for 3 weeks of low to moderate use. Then it developed a huge gushing leak at the seal between the motor and pump housing. The whole flange where the seal sits became warped. Fortunately I had it mounted in an area where the water did not cause any damage. Please believe every negative review you have seen about this pump. DO NOT BUY IT NO MATTER HOW TEMPTED YOU ARE!
