These files are true diamond files not some imitation. I have used them to make small gun parts from tool steel and they cut with great efficiency.

The price is by far the lowest available for diamond files. Usually tools with the word DIAMOND automatically costs a fortune but these are very affordable and work as well as any other diamond files costing 5 to 10 times more.

This set has proven very useful for sharpening many different tools in the shop. I do a lot of woodworking and have touched up my drill bits (spade, brad point, and even regular twist drills). My scissors cut like new, and I have sharpened many router bits. The more I use diamond sharpeners the more I appreciate them.

I bought these to replace a set that I'd had a long time. These were purchased to finish cast-pewter jewelry items I create. I can testify these will hold up under demanding daily use conditions. I have yet to clog them with my high tin content alloy. They cut aggressively when needed, but will do the delicate work precisely. For a set of 10 with handles & case, these are priced fairly. I am proud to have them in my "stable."
