I use the table to lift tools, lawnmowers etc. Heaviest item i have lifted is about 200 pounds. Had it about 8 months and it quit lifting. No leaks, just would not even try to lift. However I did get a new one as I had purchased the extended warrenty. However I had to wait over a month to get one. Finally had to go to another store. They were very helpful and the new one is working for now. Just opened it up this morning. This is a very useful item and is very well built except maybe the hydraulics.

I use this to repair slot machines that weigh 250 lbs--its very handy for loading machines and as a
small work table. I have owned 3 in a six week
period, they all start leaking oil usually before you get to use them. Since the first one leaked
in 2 days it went back and I got the 2 year replacement warrenty. Number 3 will go back this week. Maybe I'll get a good one. I do like using it but, you have to clean up oil all around. When you purchase it they offer a container of Hydraulic oil as an add on purchase. Harbor freight has been good with replacements. Were getting to be good friends. I think their going to invite me to the Christmas Party.

As others have said, the table sometimes bleeds down overnight and the brakes are essentially useless. The brake levers bend instead of applying the brakes.

Otherwise, this has been a very good unit. It seems slightly better made than most HF hydraulic items. I've not tried to lift anywhere near 1,000 pounds with it, and doubt that the hydraulics would do it, but it seems structurally up to the job. I also doubt that the casters would survive long under such a load. At the least, they become difficult to roll under such a load, just like all the other HF casters. Casters seem to be the real weak link on these imported items.

I reversed the handle mounting brackets, which allows the handle to fold flat AWAY from the table, so now the unit can roll under a large object. I can move a heavy object the size of a dining table if needed. If you do this, don't be foolish and let the load tip off the table. Be careful.

Overall, it works well for occasional use. I don't know how the seals would hold up under commercial use.

We have used this lift table daily for lifting 200 pound drums of malt syrup for brewing beer. The brakes on the wheels don't work any more, but we don't really need them, anyway. The rubber mat smelled strongly of petrochemicals, so we left it outside for a couple of days, thinking that it might stop stinking, but it never did. Other than that, I has been a real workhorse for us. If it broke tomorrow, I would buy another one without a second thought.

We bought this table and had problems with the hydraulics settling because fluid started leaking out of the ram seal. As a previous reviewer said, it gets worse with time. We did NOT buy the extended warranty and are now purchasing replacement seals to try and solve the problem. Would be a good table if we can get the hydraulics to stop leaking.

purchased it for my shop.. to lift engines and transmissions.. to move them around.. move tires and wheels.. I also using as a jack.. lifts up the car without any problem.. and high enough to work under.. great product..

Bought this table to help remove my 150 lb toolbox from the bed of my pickup. Shortly after I bought it, the table started to slowly lower, with or without a load. It lowered more rapidly as the days went on. I noticed that when I raised the table, it did not feel solid when it reached it maximum height - like the lever was pumping air instead of hydraulic fluid. It seems that there is not enough hydraulic oil in the cylinder. I'm not happy with this product at all and I will take it back to the store, since I purchased an extended warranty. The salesman was very persuasive about buying the extended plan. When I asked what could go wrong with a simple hydraulic lift table, he answered "the hydraulics." I wonder if this is a common problem with this item or quality in general.
