Bought this to help break up a 3' x 2' concrete pad.

Had spent an hour with a sledge hammer, to only break a couple of corners and some edges off this concete pad.

Use this an found the concrete pad went 20" below grade, plus the 15" above grade.

This hammer broke the whole thing up in 25 minutes!

Worked like a charm!,. and is ready for the next job!,... nice!

I am a GENERAL CONTRACTOR so i think i can review this properly. Bought this and have it for two days running it about 6-8 hours for the past two days... works like a CHAMP!! STRONGER than a hitachi i have. The hitachi over heats. This one does not get as hot. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this tool. AFFORDABLE, 2 years warranty with a new jack hammer for only 80. You seriously cant beat the price.

I am a GENERAL CONTRACTOR so i think i can rate this tool since my guys abuse my tools.. I bought this with hopes it would be close to my other hitachi jack hammer. I am breaking concrete around a pool. its actually better than hitachi. stronger. serioulsy it does the job and does not get as hot as my hitachi. ran it for 8 straight hours. Still kicking. second day will be another test but i love this. Carrying case has wheels!!! LOVE THAT!! easy to move... YES the jack hammer leaks a bit of oil but what jack hammer doesnt. i mean we are breaking concrete.. what do u expect.. silly how people knock a tool for simple stupid things... i am going to buy another one soon. love this tool. extra bits only 25 more.. how cheap is great is that! hope this review helps.

i would love to see if it had a paddle bit for digging and a flat 6x6 bit for compacting asphalt and dirt

I used this to demolish an old stone farmhouse. It's a little heavy to handle but it busted the stone walls apart quickly. The cellar floor was tough. It was 6"- 8" thick poured concrete. A bigger hammer would have been better for this, but this thing got through it after several days work. My one small complaint is the cheap cord. It's very stiff and always wants to fold back to it's original folded-up shape like an accordion. It always wants to get caught on something when I pull on it. A good flexible cord would make things a bit easier. Overall, I would say this is a great hammer. It can out-work me any day of the week.

Anyone who has worked with jack hammers and spades off air comp will appreciate this unit for home, ranch, farm. Just a cord and go. Busted up concrete around heavy post and went well. Little heavy but helps absorb the hammer action. Watched septic tank install as they used it to collapse the top on the old tank. Trigger hold too easy to activate for left handers but not a big issue. Extension cord was heavy duty 12ga, this thing will run longer than you can.

I needed to dig a 100 plus ft long trench through rock with more than 1 third solid bedrock. I needed to do it fast. Well, this hammer made short work of the job. I finished the entire project in less than 1 day. It was quiet and easy to use and change chisels which was important as a spade tip got hopelessly stuck in granite and I used the other to break it out. No problem! In case anyone's wondering, the oil that seeps onto the chisel is in part to lubricate it during operation much as a chainsaw requires oil to properly operate. I used a 10 amp 100 ft extension cord and had no trouble with power. Very quickly became one of my favorite tools. It saved my back, shoulders and joints and a lot of time !

i just bought one and to me it seems to work perfect... i havent tried the bigger ones but i thins this one does the job ok and better than using a sledge hammer and a chisel... havent used it a lot but when ijust got it a had to try it on a big chunk of solid concrete and it worked

I bought this hammer because I had to chisel out a basketball goal and remove some ceramic tile from a slab. It did a decent job breaking up the cement around the post but a more heavy duty hammer would've been the ideal tool for this type of job.

I used this hammer on my tile after using an air chisel and an air scraper. Seriously, this hammer make it look like a grenade went off in my hallway but it was the best tool to use after getting used to its weight. I had to be careful about the angle I was using so I didn't gouge the slab too much.

This hammer did a great job of ripping up this tile. My only complaints about this hammer is that the handle isn't very comfortable to use at the angle I had too, even wearing two pairs of leather gloves. It leaked oil from the chisel but overall it performed greater than I expected it to.

I first got the 10amp hammer, but it was too underpowered.
Then I got this 11amp one, and the power was great, but it leaked oil down the chisel shaft and got everywhere. So I returned it for a replacement, but the replacement also leaks oil, and this one had half the power of the first 11amp. It couldn't even break the 3 inch concrete that the first 11amp made short work of.
Nowhere does the manual mention that oil will leak everywhere, so this is a plain bad engineering, since another reviewer said the same thing.
I normally am satisfied with these cheap tools, but I am now returning this 3rd demolition hammer and will have to buy a better name brand elsewhere.
