Used them to pilot at least 800 holes in various sizes, mostly dense oak, also just recently used the 1/8th bit to drill 7 holes in 8th inch 430 stainless steel without dulling or breaking the bit. None so far have broken and would definitely buy another set if I lost or broke this set somehow, knowing they will hold up to the job when I need them most.

Also the case is easy to open with leather gloves on, wont open by itself when dropped, and the bits are easy to remove and put back in, it also has an extra slot which could hold an extra or perhaps 1 or 2 metrics if you need to.

I was very skeptical about these cheap drill bits but they cut through 3/16" steel angle iron better than my more expensive drill bits. With the price so low, if one breaks, I will just get a new set.

I do Fabrication so I am a heavy driller. Because I am a heavy driller I go through a lot of Drill bits fast. These Drill bits are Amazing for the price and I would recommend to any driller. Awesome for the price. Sadly they will break. But for [$] I was happy with this drill set.

this is a good set for light duty projects. i used for drilling several holes on the masonry walls and it handled the job well.


good for small projects around home.

Bought these because they were cheap and got good reviews on here. I didn't expect too much at all, but after just 2 holes drilled in some good hardwood, the bit burned up already. I was able to drill 2 more holes without the bit actually catching fire so that was nice. These would be good for drilling holes in soap or a pillow.

These bits are not worth buying. The smaller bits will break if you look at them the wrong way and the larger bits are not much better. Save your money and buy some quality bits.
