The other people were correct. These out of the box are impossible to move a car. I could not budge my Fiero without three people. I took the wheels apart and greased the bearings and the shaft that the wheels move on along with the tubular insert. I can now move my car by myself. The shafts were rusty right out of the box. The bearings were dry. A simple solution would be for Harbor Freight to either grease everything or put a card inside the box telling the person to grease it up. Night and day difference once you grease everything up.

I transport cars and trucks on a 3 car trailer, and 80% of them are inop. These have been a life saver, I use them daily and have probably unloaded close to 2500 cars with them. I have 3 sets in my trailer box and 2 sets at home. Excellent Product!!!!

I bought these to move around a couple of classic cars I have in the shop to make more room. I've got a 1939 Packard Super 8 on them now (all 4 wheels) and I can move it where I need it to be by myself. Yes, I did grease up the wheels before using it. That is just common sense to me to get your equipment, even new equipment, greased up good.

I got these for Christmas and am using them on a 2000 lb car. My car may be lighter than most, on smooth concrete they are working fine.

I use the wheel dollies to move a fishing boat, under 1,000 lbs., around in my garage. The dollies work great, the boat moves fairly easy and I can get it to the same spot everytime.

I purchased these for moving heavy and/or awkward items around in my shop.


A piece of 2x4 or 2x6 between the dollies allows me to move nearly any size shape anywhere with ease.

My 55 chevy 1 ton PU lived on these in my shop for about two yrs. They were great. Allowed me to use my shop.I finished my truck. I still use them to move vehicles in the shop and have even used them to move a freezer.
