I purchased this paint sprayer to apply one of those internet idea $50 paint jobs on a motorcycle trailer. Using a 75/25 mix of Rustoleum and thinner I wound up with a finished product that is better than a 10 foot paint job!

Spray was easy to adjust and maintained consistency even when my pancake compressor dipped below 40psi.

Could not have asked for better given the price and the fact that it was being driven by a compressor that was well undersized for the job.

No I did not spend $800 like my every day gun. I am used to a pot fed gun but this worked out fairly well. Yes product delivery is on the slow side but with a 1.5 tip and a small cup that's what it is. I completed 3,700 ln. ft. of wood moldings & 800 ft of 1 x 8 select. We hand stained & sprayed 1 coat of sanding sealer, 3 coats of finishing lacquer. My brother lent me this same model and after the first days spray I bought one because I could not believe finish. I have been spraying for 37 years and for a stain gun or back up this worked out pretty good. No I would not say I was going to use it for my everyday gun but my system was out at another project and I got by with this. It delivered a great finish and performed flawlessly thru the whole job. I was laughing because I spent more on the cleaning materials for the gun than what I paid for the gun. For the person who needs to spray small projects I could not see a reason not to buy this gun.

I use this a great deal I have more than one and love it. Keep it clean and it's a work horse. I use it on a smaller air compressor and giving the air needs time to keep up sometimes when all three guns are going, I think it's a steal. They are great, everyone likes them here.

I have been doing some updating to my house and needed to paint about 200ft of baseboard, and a few sets of louvered closet doors. I got real tired of using a brush when my Dad said, spray it. So, went to HF, bought this gun and some paint filters. Ran a bit of Mineral Spirits through it, then a touch of water, then off I went! I have NEVER used a spray gun to paint before and my final result is AMAZING! I sprayed Behr Ultra High Gloss White and did all my closet doors and all my baseboard in MINUTES! And I'm a total noob when it comes to this stuff! Seriously, BUY THIS GUN! BUY 2 while they are still at this price!

I was worried about this spray gun. I read some of the bad reviews, but at the same time, because of the bad review I was able to make the spray gun work. When you get the spray gun, it's dirty and need to be cleaned before use. Take it apart and clean it and blow some air in it with your compressor. Make sure it's all cleared out. Test it dry and see if it gets clogged form any debris. I have never used a spray gun in my life. This is my first one and I am liking very much. I built an wooden chase lounge and clear coated with two coats. It worked!!!! The price was low enough to take that chance. I would buy another anytime. Just be careful with the lid it's not air tight and will leak. Fill it half way to prevent any leakage.

Well for the people that are scepticle well I was but its not anymore I got 2 of them. If you know how to set it up it will do as good as the $300 ones

This gun works great!! Before using it for the first time be sure to clean it thoroughly. I cleaned it 3x before I used it to spray the acrylic enamel on the trunk and hood of my camaro. If you follow the instruction manual supplied with the gun you will not have any problems. Gun is very easy to clean and worked flawlessly. Buy it!!!

Works great!!!!! Did not mind at all cleaning the silicon and doing the Teflon tape. I have now painted the tractor, loading ramps, and the trailer. It's a good buy for someone mechanically inclined. I sprayed oil based implement paint with no trouble at all!!! I have had zero mess and its really not that bad to clean!! Of course that's my opinion. If you want a perfect paint gun go and pay 500+

Worked well out of the box. Used for several small repair jobs on car. sprayed paint and clear fine. Worked as wel as my very expensive syphon gun, for 1 tenth of the price.

I've had this gun for roughly 7 years now and love it! I've used it for everything from Automotive, to cabinets, to trim, and outside building painting! This spray gun is hands down one of the best in my opinion and wont burn a hole through your pocket!
