I refuse to pay for overpriced name brand batteries. Its all the same chemistry.Read Consumers Report. These have been workinig fine for me all Summer in my 3 bicycles. I ride late in the evening into the night.

There must be a reason for all the bad reviews, probably just a bad batch.

I should have stocked up on more at this price.

Note: Be aware that batteries labeled "Heavy Duty" are the old fashioned Carbon-Zinc Chemistry.Don't ever confuse them with Alkaline as those have short lives, leak and have very short shelf lives.

I could use these batteries for anything. wouldn't even power up my camera. the only thing i could use them in was an led flashlight for about a day or two.

best to stay away from these.

not even sure it deserves one star, had no choice though.

These things have no power and die quickly... very poor and the cheap prices don't warrant a purchase - stay away.

Short life, wireless mouse 3-5 days compared to 5-6 weeks. Digital camera less than a day of moderate use.
