I brought 4 swivel caster and had a lot of the same problem trying to get all 4 to turn at the same time. So I greased them with no help at all. Then I thought what if I had 2 swivels casters in the front to steer and 2 non swiver in the back would that help. So I brought 4 non swivel casters and put 2 on the back and I will be darn all moving problems are gone. I can turn in a way that I could not with 4 swivel casters. I now have 2 very good 2'x4' plywood dollies. Thanks HFT

I used these on an hydraulic engine hoist I made to remove and install the 7.3 liter diesel I rebuilt in my truck. I also used them on a gantry crane I made. I did have trouble with them pivoting but they seemed to roll ok. I had a little more trouble with the rolling on the asphalt of my driveway when i installed the engine but for the most part they did the trick.

If you put a 275lb. load on this caster, it won't collapse, but it won't turn or roll easily either. I used four of these on a dolly intended to carry a load totaling 900 lbs. It is very difficult to roll or turn on a smooth concrete floor. They would probably be a good inexpensive caster for loads at a third to a half of the stated rating.

Yeah, but not for much over the 90 day warranty. The rubber on mine came off. There seemed to be an adhesive problem. The rubber was still OK, it just didn't stay stuck on the wheels. Perhaps the 150 lbs per caster was too much for these.
