Good Value Review by John

These to me are very well made for the price. Cuts nails, bolts, small chains and cables. Purchased when I lost the key to the lock on the backyard gate. Used lightly but works as good as our expensive ones in the plant. I dont really expect to use it that much thats why I buy tools like this from harbor freight. My whole philosophy is if its something I do alot like electrical work I go with kliens, wrenches craftsman, odd jobs like plumbing cutting locks go with cheap harbor freight. As much as I expect to use these tools for the rest of my life it doesnt make sense to spend 300$ on a pair of bolt cutters I may use 3 times. Oh and this is the smallest pair I would go with based on leverage. Unless your He Man I dont know what you would cut with the 12" pair.
