I like these bars a lot. The metal on isn't as wide as I'd like and the paint tends to chip off pretty easily too, but for the price I can't complain (I've spent more on one bar than you get for these 4 only to have it bend over like a paperclip). The longest bar does flex a little when I really put some muscle on it, but it bounces right back afterwards. Although some have commented on the handles breaking, I've had no issues in that regard even despite knocking on 'em with a heavy drilling hammer.

I HAVE HAD THIS FOR YEARS AND IT NEVER LETS ME DOWN WE HAVE USED IT FOR SMALL JOB AND BIG JOBS.I JUST RECENTLY USED IT TO BREAK DOWN A 310lb TOURCK WE USED THAT WITH A LONG POLE AND IT DID BEND A LITTLE BUT WE GOT IT SO IT SURE SHOWED USE IT CAN WORK VERY WELL.WOULD'NT GIVE IT UP FOR NOTHING.

these pry bars have served me well over the three years or so ive had them. they are all strong enough and you get 4 useful sizes all for less than the price of a name brand prybar. i have used them frequently and for the working man or home mechanic they work perfect. havent bent one yet but my only gripe is the color of the handle, easy to lose. left one on a friends truck when we were working on it(lying on the frame rail haha) and found it down the road the next day, so, dip them in paint or something, no other complaints.

These pry bars seem more sturdier than I imagined.Bought with **#@%$ so they was unbelievably low priced for a set of 4.Wally world was 3X's the price of these.

i bought this set one day, i was in a pinch and needed a 24" pry bar right then and there, i did not have the money for a high end one so i got this set for less than one pry bar at another place, i thought for sure i would use these once maybe twice if i was lucky, 4 years later they are still holding up and trust me i have really tortured my set of pry bars, i admit when i first saw these i was thinking to myself "eeehhhhhhh i don't know" it was very well worth the small investment.

I like them. One problem I have. ( I fixed it too) The black handles and Black bar Hide well on Frame rails. After I replaced my second set. I got Yellow dip for the handles. So mine are various shades of yellow now. Some I have dipped a few times. As it dosnt stick very well to a smooth handle. But I havent lost any since I changed the colors.





They need to make them in cool colors.

HF is the best place to get big, heavy slab of metal type tools that won't break no matter how cheaply made. These are no exception.

I've had my pry bars for over 10 years now. I'm hard on my tools, and yes, I do abuse them from time to time. These pry bars have never let me down, what else can I say, They're simply bulletproof!

When you need a lump of strong metal, cheap does not have to mean poor quality. Some of HF's more ambitious offerings are not ideal, but these pry bars are simple, strong, and durable. They are functionally identical to any expensive brand you care to mention. I have beaten these to death for half a year and not broken, chipped, or damaged any of them in any way.





Pittsburgh pry bars are perfect. Even if you were rich and wanted the best tools, I don't see why you wouldn't buy them.

I've had these for approximately 10 years and used and abused them all over the place. Quite simply one of those tool sets that I said "how come I never had these before?".





I see Cornwell, Mayhew, Matco, Mac, Snap-on, etc offer these at outrageous prices and for the life of me cannot figure out why a person would spend more.





There are some cases where you buy cheap tools, and they perform like cheap tools. But with Pittsburgh sub-brand at HF, I've been VERY impressed.
