FIRST USE!!!
Tried to take a end piece out of the tool and i was using pliers because it was still in use...
The threads on both pieces got stuck and the end piece snapped like a key in a lock.
The one use was fusing paracord to prevent fraying and dark burned marks from matches.
Seems simple NOT!!!!!!
I still give it a 2 because while it worked it was hot.

I bought this woodburner today, plugged it in and let it heat up. I used the chisel tip on some wood to test it, seemed fine, burned dark and hot immediately and burned even lines. Then i switched to a fine tip bit. Did some test burns with it on wood and within 5 minutes, it gave out a sizzle and some smoke from inside the device's wiring configuration. After that, the heat level dropped significantly and it wouldn't even leave a mark on wood. I could even touch it with my finger, it was luke-warm at best. This was all while it was still plugged in. So in other words... the thing konked out on me within 20 minutes of plugging it in. Save your time and money, spend a little more money and get something better that will deliver and last. I rate this product a 0/10.

case was broken tips advertised not in case could cost more to send back than find one that is as advertised .it did heat up .
