I used these to mount my 5 1/4 polk speakers in to use on my motorcycle.And they fit great,no cutting ,nothing.They also look ok when mounted on bike.
As for the light,don't know.have bulbs in the box.

Great light Review by Daniel

I made a light bar for my truck and added 4 of these lights. They were great but I needed more light so I put KC 130w light bulbs in. They are very bright now and I will be putting HID kits in them soon. They also make locking nuts with a special key to put on so that no one can steal your lights. Overall they are very nice for the price. I wish they came in black instead of chrome.
