This is a great little engine, they are all just copy's of the well known GX motors but at 1/5 the price. What people need to understand is with todays gas and all the Ethanol that's in it these small engines run hotter then they should. If you are an everyday user (lunch Truck, construction site or using it daily you need to change your oil every 50-75hrs of use. And the other big thing is the fuel shut-off valve it's there for a reason, when your transporting or the generator is going to sit unused for anything longer then a few weeks you have to run the engine dry so the gas doesn't sit in the carb and gum up the float clog jets. When you transport it with the shut off open it can dump gas into the oil which breaks it down causing the engine to wear out alot quicker due to lack of lubrication. Final thing is when your running it keep the generator level so the slinger in the motor can do what it needs to do and get oil in the top end, And don't have any type of load on the generator when your stopping or starting it. That's the quickest way to burn out the stator or brush rectifier. 95% of issues are end user error if you follow this I promise it wont be yours!!!

I replaced a motor of a 1960's rotor tiller, the replacement motor fit like a glove. More impressively the tiller ran perfectly. The motor started in 2 pulls, also very impressive. For the money, I rate this an outstanding purchase.

Bought this 6.5 up motor to replace an old one on my go cart price was great fit nicely horizontal shift was shorter but made it work runs good.

I bought this for replacing my Plate Compactor engine. Was an exact match, so easy to replace. Start and work without any issue.

Starts and runs a lot better than the b&s it replaced. It was cheaper to replace it with this rather than rebuild the old engine.

I have had excellent service from these motors. Three in three years for different
yard equipment. They always start on the second pull if I remember to turn on the on/off switch. Excellent value.
