This product has saved me a few times.
I have to read information on motors etc... to get replacement parts and some times the information is hidden on the back side and it's dark, this inspection camera allowed me to see and write the information.

I am sure it will come in handy in other situations where I need to see something where I can't reach.

I bought the 2 year warranty ofcourse. Dont be a cheapskate and buy the extra 2 year warranty - it's worth it.

it doesn't have image capture but, works well enough.

I remember when I was a kid someone asking if you had a third eye, where would you want it to be? On the end of you finger was the answer. This is it. It works fine. So far I've LOOKED under my stove, refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher, under my sinks, up my fireplace, beside my furnace, inside my shoes and so on. I've done this comfortably standing, not lying on the floor or under an appliance. I've found 26 cents so far, it's paying for itself. It is a entertaining tool/toy.

Bought this on sale, thought it might be handy occasionally, found I use it more than I thought. I use it mostly when stringing wires inside walls, seems I'm always finding obstacles which I would never see if I didn't have this camera. I'm a novice home DIY'er and this has saved me much time in projects. Also have used it to look around a car engine compartment where a mirror wouldn't work and in ductwork.

Conceptually, it's easy to use. Actually, it can be difficult finding which direction is which due to the nature that the camera is on a flexible shaft. I have gotten better at it and it's just a basic physics problem, not at all a problem with the camera.

Have used it once in an outside drain line, but mostly inside walls. I find the lights are extremely bright to the camera, if you're having problems looking long distances, turn the light brightness down to the minimum, the camera quickly adjusts to the low light, and allows it to see much further.

It has a remarkably clear picture, color, good focus up to maybe an inch, and even looking around a room provides a good picture. I'm not sure if an extension is available, it would be handy to be able to extend it another 3-6 feet.

If you're reading these reviews, go buy one.

Just bought this inspection camera today. I was a little reluctant due to some of the negative reviews. I am glad I took the chance and bought it. I cannot believe how clear the image is on the screen! I bought it on sale plus I used a 20% off ticket found on the internet. Definitely worth it at that price!
My only negative comment would be that the picture blurs when you get VERY close to the subject (within 1/4 inch).
Would recommend it for sure.

OK guys, if you bought this thing when it first came out, they had alot of problems with them. They have really stepped up there game!!!
This thing is great!!! the resolution on the screen is great...everyone complains but we are used to looking at smartphone screens and they are superior to this so its not fair because they are not in the same class...
I used it to look around my engine in complete darkness, i found an exhaust leak (PINHOLE SIZE) deep in the engine bay, i looked in my attic, in the walls, under the car... all in different lighting conditions... great image everytime!!!
The build quality is excellent, i have a name brand version of this tool, there is no difference in quality. The flexible shaft that the camera is in is stiff and holds it shape. no need to get the camera right side up, you can rotate the screen 90 degrees 4 times, just with a hit of the button.
Its durable too, i dropped mine a few times and nothing happened to it!!!
I would put a screen protector on it, plastic will scratch easily, the factory cover worked great for months...

I have been looking around for something like this for a few months. I wanted something like the ***, but didn't want to spend the money. I checked out eBay but didn't want to risk gettings something used. After a coupon, it was worth a try.





I just got it today and tried it out. Considering the cost, I have to say that I am very impressed with the quality of its construction. I also think that the video quality is very good when items are closer to the lens at the end. We will see how this holds up over time, but for what I need it for, it can pay for itself in 2-3 uses.
