I own the 21 Gallon oil filled and this one...I use this compressor "in the house" if I need to repair something upstairs, inside as I don't have to worry about the oil from an oil-filled comp getting on carpet by accident...It handles all of my trim nailers with ease.

I bought this compressor to run my HF framing nailer's and for that it ROCKS! I have built a railing for a flight of basement stairs. Much easier to transport and use than my tall compressor and just as capable! You have a winner with this product HF!

I'm not a professional contractor but I know my way around tools and home projects. I bought this air compressor to run a framing nailer and pneumatic stapler (also purchased at harbor freight) .I was able to fire 3 1/2" nails without a problem and rapidly. The air compressor charges quickly and is relatively quiet compared to other small ones I used in the past. It weighs around 50-60 lbs but it is compact and easy to move around. It has rubber pads at the bottom that keep it from moving and buffers vibration. I also got it for a great price compared to similar from different brands. I love harbor freight tools.

I use this compressor for different carpentry applications; frame/trim. I havent had the first problem. I broke it in as instructed. I drain the petcock valve at least once a day and thats it. She ticks right along. Ample power. It would be nice if the drain valve was in a different spot. You have te elevate the compressor to drain it properly. This is the forth compressor I have purchased from HF and is a vast improvement.

Great compressor, wish the CFM was higher though, 5 and up would be great. Overall, good little compressor!

I notice one reviewer said he broke it in for 10 minutes, the manual requires everything open and run for 30 minutes. It also says you need to "Connect a regulator valve, an inline shut
off valve and a 1/4" NPT air hose to the
Quick Coupler (all sold separately)", HUH? Don't need the first two items. Nice little compressor for low volume demand.

Traded smaller one in today for this one. Perfect for may use. Repeatedly used 18ga nailer, took a while before it had to kick on. Very pleased.
