I got this nailer to put down 3 1/2 pre finished oak flooring. It worked flawless!! Not even one time did it not set the nail. I set the pressure on 90 psi and used the 2 inch L-shaped cleat nails and would recomend the to everybody!! One bad side if your not careful is the gun is top heavy so if you sit it down wrong it will fall over(air hose pulls on it). The only bad reviews i read on this nailer before i bought it was people using the staples, while they are cheaper in the 5 years of contracting i have only seen bad stuff from staples(floor comes apart) but the floor cleats no problems! So this is a great nailer when i used it with the cleat nails!!

I just layed 1800 Square feet of 3/4" Bruce Hardwood Flooring with this nailer. It was AWESOME. It did not jam once. I only had a couple of misfires that were my fault because I couldn't get a good hit with the mallet. This thing beats the heck out of renting a heavy floor nailer for 5 times the money. Would definately recommend to anyone.

I bought this gun to put down about 1,000 feet of engineered hardwood flooring. I never had the first problem out of this gun. I would put it up against any of the name brand guns any day. This gun performed flawlessly for me without any jams or misfires and I ran about 2500 nails through it. I did oil it every day and I used Bostitch 2" cleat nails in it. I would recommend this nailer to anyone looking to do some work aroung the house

Very good value. Installed almost 1400 sq ft of oak h/w flooring and had zero misfires. Some reviewers complained of the handle bracket but it never loosened up. I did make sure I put a couple of drops of oil in it every time I loaded nails.

I have absolutely no complaints about this product, I spent a buck and a half to buy this product and used it for three day straight, and if I would have rented this tool from any rental place they wanted 34 beans for the first 4 hours and 49 for twenty four hours, the Gun paid for itself the first use and I own it. I used the gun to lay a real hardwood bamboo floor and it never missed a beat. If you go to a big name product for a lot bigger price, then your the type of person looking for bragging rights over your friends just to say you spent X amount of beans to impress them or to fancy your own ego. Not to mention I got a 2 year, return for any reason for the price I mentioned, it's a no brainer, I would've felt like a complete fool if I had went else where and spent triple the price for the same product but a different name.

FIRST TIME USER OF ANY FLOOR NAILER AND I GOT THE HANG OF THIS WITH JUST A FEW SWINGS. NEVER ONCE JAMMED UP ON ME AND I JUST USED 2000 NAILS. GREAT GUN, DONT HESITATE TO BUY THIS ESPECIALLY WHEN COMPARED TO THE BIG NAMES AND BIG PRICES. I ALSO USED HFT NAILS AND THEY WORKED JUST FINE.

I can not see how a 700.00 nailer could work any better, or one at any price. Once during whole install this nailer shot two nails at the same time. Other then that it was flawless. I did add some shims to make it work with my 5/8" flooring using the 1/4 plate.

I am building a house and hiring all the contractors. I have a regular carpenter who has many areas of expertise. When it came to installing 1000 sq. ft. of 3/4" hardwood flooring, I bought this air stapler for him to use instead of renting one. I checked with him 3-4 times and he was happy with it. He installed 37 boxes of flooring in five rooms in a little over 40 hours with this stapler.

This was my first wood floor installation (130 sq ft) and with this nailer it turned out positive with professional looking results. I wasn't sure how long it would take me so the rental price per day led me to buy a nailer instead. As it turned out, I had to stretch the installation over a week so buying really was the right route for me. This was the best priced one that I found but the low price kind of made me wonder about the quality. In the end, it was the positive reviews from other HF customers that convinced me to buy this one because I was leaning toward a more expensive "big name" brand. Before using the nailer I took the time to read the instructions and then made sure the PSI (which for me was 85) was set right. It worked perfect from the first through the last nail. I look forward to doing another room.
