If you take the time to lay out the top frame parts and the side parts, it goes together pretty quickly. The parts have numbers on them and the instructions were clear to me. If you look at the pictures and guess... expect a bad time. I think the frame is sturdy and the design is good. I wish the back had a skirt extension on the back cover bottom like the sides do. Overall I would say it is a good deal. I am not worried about it lasting as long as I will need it. Time will tell.

cheaper then rent on a storage 10 x10 for $130
just needed a storage place for 2 or 3 months and they were $130 a month
and then I stumble on this baby a 10 x 20 and i keep it !
and they make a 13 x20 & 15x28 could you imagine! I could buy a lot more stuff!

This portable garage is great. I live in the northeast with all kinds of weather. The garage stood up to 70 mile an hour winds during Hurricane Sandy and didn't move or tare. We just had the blizzard of 2013 and it held up to 19" of snow on the roof with heavy winds.It's still standing strong..Excellent product.

I really like this unit. It provides me the protection I need for my custom 96 Impala during the Fall and Winter months without a car cover and I still can do work on the car because of space of the unit.I assembled the unit alone in about 1 1/2 hours and looks good next to my house.However, the shipping info was wrong and I had to call to find out the date of arrival of the unit,a tracking number was provided and the unit arrived about a week later.

this is a great shelter. easy to put together. instructions need to indicate which direction elbows need to turn. easy to square.seems like good quality. would recommend to any one.

Shelter seemed to be very well made and sturdy. Came together fairly easily with instructions. Could have suggested stronger anchors on corners and duct taping any bolt locations which might rub canvas fabric. Also a rod or tube is needed for door (pvc, etc.) which should be suggested. In Colorado, did not even last a year and is tearing severely. Stress areas have ripped. Overall not too happy with longevity.

If this would not rip and fade it would be a great product. It only last less than a year. I wonder if the manufacture cares. I will see when I give them a call. Poor product, better off paying for something good.

I ordered this item on October 3rd, and the web site indicated that it was "in stock". Received an e-mail on October 11 stating that the item was back ordered until November 20th. As of October 12th, the web site still lists it as "in stock". I am canceling my order and purchasing elsewhere.

Probably a great garage in other parts of the country but not here in Arizona. Mine lasted seven months. Put it up in December and by July it had deteroiated to the point that it began to tear at presure points. The UV,s here in Arizona just destroyed it.
