Bought this to work on my yamaha raptor 660. Lifts it just fine and has no problem controlling it on the way down. You do have to center it, like any other jack. I suggest strapping down whatever it is youre going to be working on.

Powerful, easy to use and looks great. I chose this lift as opposed to the box type lifts because it is versatile and the combination of the 4 pads along with its wheels makes positioning it under my engine a snap. I never use it without ratchet straps to hold my 900 pound Honda Valkyrie in place. I am not removing wheels and stuff. Shop does that. Everything else that is small and necessary I do.

Very strong but lightweight hydraulic lift, easy to roll into position, easy to affix righting cables for motorcycle stability on lift. It handles my 900+ pound Valkyrie Motorcycle with 500 pounds of capability in reserve. Some lean if user does not position correctly--advise proper centering of motorcycle to avoid. A great buy!

I looked at several jacks before deciding on this one, and have no regrets on my purchase. It lifts my 885 pound Kawasaki Vulcan 2000 with little effort. For the money, I feel this is the best buy.

I've had 4 jacks of different types and this is the first that actually worked as promised. I use it on my 700lb Yamaha Raider and my 500lb xs 650's. Perfect jack and I would buy again in a heartbeat.

I had it a couple of years now and had zero problems. I have a wideglide and I use it on my 4- wheelers. Very satisfied.

I looked at the cheaper cycle jack and this one. This one, just from the floor model has superior build and components. I'm glad I bought this one, it was worth the difference in the price. We used it to jack up my 1997 Harley Sporty. That is a difficult bike to use a jack on because of the location of the pipes. Been very satisfied with this, only change I might suggest is a few more spots to attach safety straps to hold the bike in place more securely.
