This product works 100% as instructed. You can cut it down to size and thread it into the caulking tube.

I thought for the price it was going to 'sort of' do the job but it's works as intended and for the price of a coffee, it's easy on the wallet.

I love these things. I was using deck screws before which always made a mess, and I had to pull the deck screws out with pliers if they had been sitting for a while. These keep silicone and caulk perfectly fresh and ready to use. Even when silicone cures its easy to twist it out.

I am the kind of guy that ends up buying a new tube of caulk for every project because of the time that passes in between. I won't know for sure if this product works until I go for the tube the next time. For the money, it is worth a try. The other reviews seem to indicate that it works! I probably will pick up two or three more just to have on hand.

For very little money, I have already saved a tube of caulk and a tube of liquid nails! This product more than pays for itself the first time I used it.

These caulk savers are great. I rarely use caulk and hate having to buy a new tube each time I need to caulk something. Keeps caulk fresh and usable for a long time.

Works great for it's intended use butt. I also found it works great on my outboard motor water discharge hose from water pump where I store my boat the mud daubers feel it is their duty to fill every hole so I beat them to it I just screw this in discharge hose from water pump to keep them out.

I use urethane sealants - but rarely the whole tube. I have tried competitors' caps, made my own plugs. The best I found was to seal the nozzle with wraps of vinyl tape. Even that fails after awhile. THIS PLUG SYSTEM IS THE BEST EVER!
