The Cen-Tech line of products are rigorously tested at Harbor Freight Tool's Quality Assurance division in Calabasas, CA, which is dedicated to quality control, product testing, development and improvement. Testing is administered throughout the production process and continues through post-production to reduce the possibility of defects as well as improve new model upgrades.
