· Open or suspended T-bar ceiling
· Vinyl composition tile flooring in retail area
· 80 foot candle lighting in retail area
· Minimum of 65 to 70 feet of frontage
· Ground level 8 x 10 foot loading door preferred (dock is acceptable)
· Access for a 53 ft. trailer plus tractor
· Minimum one ADA restroom
· Three standard sized offices
· One 10 ft. x 12 ft. breakroom
· We will try to utilize many of the existing improvements. Additional tenant improvements by lanlord may be necessary.
Landlords consider us to be a small anchor for the center. Co-tenancy is not important. We have helped turn problem centers into strong centers.
