Pretty handy

Nice to have a good selection of different angles that you can choose from. The screws and provided wrench leave much to be desired. Hard to get tight enough without stripping, hard to remove, especially if you get metal dust in the screw head. Replace all of the screws with proper allen acrews and use the right wrench and you are golden.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    Comments about CARBTIP 5 Piece 1/2" Shank Indexable Carbide Tool Set:

    Use it in the tool holder of a 9" lathe, on mine it fits center just as it is. Screws seem a little weak, do not over tighten, they are easy to remove with one of the self biting screw extractors. replacement screws are easy to locate. It is better not to over tighten like I did the first time I used them. Have not had a problem since.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
