5 in. Ceramic Utility Knife

This knife is deceptively sharp. It looks like an knife that comes in a child's kitchen playset, but, in fact, is the sharpest item in my kitchen. Cuts clean and holds its edge almost indefinitely if cared for properly. I also recommend getting the 3 inch paring knife and the 6 inch Chef's knife.

Be careful, it's sharp enough to cut you just by looking at it. Works very well on tomatoes

Picked up knife based on roaster's review. I used this knife to cut 1500 sq. ft. of R-38 batt insulation and the knife was still more than sharp enough to go through R 19 batts like butter.

I'd always wanted a ceramic knife which would stay sharp and not rust. This knife does it all, and at a very affordable price. I use it every day, and have recommended it to others. It's a super deal!

The handle is weighted rather strangely and makes the cutting motion very awkward. I'm returning it. It just wasn't that great.
