dont buy this junk unless u just want the solar pannel. it needs a blocker diode to keep the batteries charged if not uill lose ne charge that was biult up during the day. yr best best is use the other smaller pannels they hook it up to a small sealed lead acid battery. uill still need a chage controller tho. hook up 12 volt lights then. away u go

I put this in my tack room for the winter months ahead. Trying this out the past few days it has done great for what I need. It provides enough light for me to see for mixing food. Not a bright light but its enough light to get the job done. I do like this product.

We installed one in our chicken coop. I wouldn't want to have to use it to read by, but for tasks performed in the coop at night, it works great. It is very simple to install. As others have noted, the light is not very bright, especially when you enter a dark shed during daylight hours. At night however, it is a shin saver. The only minor complaint is that the bracket for attaching to the shed could have been designed to give better access to the top screw hole. It's a hard value to beat, especially if you catch it on sale.

It's easy to install on a wall , doesn't work well with a single unit if you want bright light or in large areas alone, but make sure to place the solar panel in area without compromising direct sun light for to long, as well as making sure the the batteries are installed properly as well as the power cord/plug is connected to the plug inlet on the light source of the product

I have purchased two of these. Both never worked properly. The first would not charge the batteries to run the light at night. The second very same issues. I fixed the second one found a bad wire connection behind the panel. The unit now works and the light is very dim but better than nothing at all.

I put the Solar Shed Light in my shed. Installation was very easy. Perhaps an LED light would have serve me better because the 4 watt flourescent light seems to be pretty dim. However, it is better than no light at all. Perhaps if you had one with a 7 watt flourecent light it would be much better.

It worked the first day and after that it wouldn't hold a charge. I'm upset because I paid full price for it and I waited too long to return it.

I bought this to provide a little light in a camper I parked on my farm. This unit was a waste of my money. From day one, the most light I got out of this was maybe two minutes worth and then nothing. I can repair anything and this thing just does not work. Save your money and use it to buy something of a little higher quality. I am 99 per cent pleased with my purchases from HF. This falls in the one per cent.
