About the only thing that was good about ordering online was that I was ordering a gift for my son back east, so it saved me (I thought) some time.

But the truth is, the FIRST time I sent this gift card to him we thought it was lost. That's how slow shipment and actual delivery was and I never received email confirmation of shipment at all. In fact, I called HF to have them void the original card and send another since they seemed to have lost my son's birthday gift. I told them if this happened again, I would call and request the money back. My son finally received the second gift card on the day I was about to call HF AGAIN. He didn't get his gift until a month after his actual birthday. I was peeved to say the least.

If you want to send a gift card and have a HF in your area, go to the store and then ship it yourself. You'll save yourself some aggravation.

tried to use card for the first time after 1 1/2yrs of having it and the balance was gone. wouldnt recommend. buyer beware.
