6 Compartment Drawer Organizer

Comments about U.S. General 6 Compartment Drawer Organizer:

I bought these to organize my SAE and Metric Deep Sockets....1/2", 3/8". and 1/4" drive, as well as 1/2" drive deep well impact sockets. They fit perfectly in the compartments. No wasted drawer space. Other organizers seem to require vertical storage/deeper drawers, that I use for other tools. They work great for me.





Price/construction to value ratio is very good! Will buy more, should the need arise.

Have 6 of these organizers and they have a Great Fit for the Upper Drawers (12 inch deep ones that these organizers are ment for) Sturdulley constructed and fit into the shallow (1 1/2" drawers) to organize wrenches, pliers, punches, screwdrivers and other smaller items that get misplaced. Used in deeper drawers, they are sturdy enough to support cased larger tools over the top of those in the bins. The Three part units are most usefull in the bottom rolling cabinets. shallower drawers (2 1/2" or more). This unit (and the 11 compartment unit) fit well into the top tool drawers of the Craftsman and Husky 26+' tool box / Chest Combinations that I have, as well as the 3 pc unit is an excellent fit to the bottom drawers. Even the this unit is to large to fit into the top drawers of my 41" Husky tool box/cabinet.They are about 1/4" to much to fit. Width fits, but not the front to rear measurement.

Works great for my new tool box.Bought 3 cut one in half to fit smaller dowers. Much better quality than what Sear's is selling and at the same price.

The material is decent - sturdy. I would like it a little more sturdy, but its not as flimsy as many organizers. The thing I don't like - they say it is made for their 13 drawer tool chest, but it is only 10 inches deep. That leaves another 6 inches of unused space. Why not make it so that it covers the full drawer? The same is true of 11 compartment organizer HF sells. The 3 piece organizer is the only one that actually fits the drawer completely. It would be nice if they made something that fits the smaller drawers also.
