The long handles are especially a nice feature, these have been used often and have held up to every usage. I would definitely rate these a great deal and the price is just unbeatable for a whole set. Easily equivalent to a "craps"man or others.

I own several other HFT sets. After reading the favorable reviews and recalling that wrenches have less than one moving part, I am going to get a set. The long 3/8" is what I have have been wanting for my valve seat wrench.

These wrenches are comparable to much more expensive brand name wrenches. I prefer six point, but these have the advantage of being useful in hard-to-reach or tight spots. They are a bit heavy for the chickens to fetch, but they are quick learners, and bring the right size 50% of the time. It might help if the stamping of the sizes was a bit larger, and easier to read. Some of us have poor eyesight (age related) and the chickens have to squint a lot.

I bought these wrenches for the price. Over the years I have spent thousands on other brands giving into the hipe that you only get what you pay for. These wrenches perform as good as my more expensive brands and I usually reach for the Pittsburg wrenches first because of thier extra length. They have not rounded any bolts off like most cheaper priced wrenches do and they are very strong. I have even hooked two wrenches together for even more leverage without damaging or bending them. My only complaint it they are not sold individually, there are two common sizes I use and it would be nice to purchase extras for when I need to use the same size at one time without buying a complete other set. But for the price, it is worth it.

These wrenches stand up pretty good to any abuse I've thrown at them. I have had to replace a wrench out of one set already. Things happen, but in-store, it went painless and pretty quickly. No hassels concidering I didn't even have my receipt.

Nice wrenches you don't feel bad about abusing. How exactly does one almost break a wrench? Did it tell you it was hurt?

I have come close to breaking the 15/16" once, but for most uses, these are as good as the expensive wrenches.


My advise is if you loan out tools, are prone to losing tools, or don't get real serious with torque, have a set of these around.


A set of these are cheaper than one ** wrench.





Theives don't bother with these either, as they don't pawn for much.
