I use these every week or so to assist me in soldering (ex. circuit boards and other parts). It works great for my use. I removed the magnifying glass because I didn't need it (although it works fine) and it sometimes gets in the way. It is inexpensive, sturdy, and does not tip over (unless you make it hold heavy things).

I wanted the larger one but they only had this one at my location. I looked at it and thought, for this cheap no problem. I do small PCB boards and this thing works just fine. I don't really use the magnifying glass too much but it looks good. Great item for the price! you cant beat it.

Good quality. It has problem with being too top-heavy and it tip over easily; It need a couple of hide-away extentions inder the base that can come out and ad more support.

The Base is not all heavy and with the mirror attached your work items if heavy can tip over. The mirror is very nice, magnifying the objects. However the mirror comes right off the part holding it cause it's a hollow screw inside the mirror peg. So this item should be recalled and fixed correctly so it can properly service the people.
