I have only used it to drive a few screws in, but so far so good! The magnet is very strong, it easily held the 3/8x3" screw. Somebody complained about the magnets falling out, so that might be an issue in the future, but I so wish I had these on my last project where I was using hex head screws.

The odd sizes are metric equivalents for those of us who use tools to actually make a living.

I have no idea what "quick release" means here. It usually means that a socket is released from a ratchet. Here, I thought it meant the nut being removed was released. Not the case as it's held SECURELY by a magnet.

I am using these in a battery powered impact screw driver. This means that they are subjected to quite a rattling. I drove 5/16 lags into concrete with the 1/2" driver. The magnet came out and it came out of the 7/16" driver also. You are not likely to need a magnet in this size driver. You would want it in the 5/16" and 1/4". The smaller drivers will not be subject to such large imoacts so I expect that their magnets are likely to stay in place. There is a 15/32' driver. I have never seen one in any wrench set. But that comes out to 11.9 mm and it should work as a bonus 12 mm. I tried it; it did.

My set was missing the 3/8 and had two of the 13/32.


DON'T use them with your impact driver - -


The internal magnets will break loose and end up stuck on the top of the last screw you drove in.

Decent for the sale price, but you can throw the 15/32‰Û�, 13/32‰Û� & 11/32‰Û� away. I never come across those sizes and rarely come across 9/32‰Û�, although the 13/32‰Û� can be remarked for 10mm.
