Bought these on sale. Great idea, but the magnets are on the weaker side, and did not function correctly for me. Only the park lights worked out of the package, the brake/turn did not work. After some fiddling, it stopped working all together. Disassembled and found that it was poor connections and bad grounds internal to the light sockets. Ended up cutting off the trailer wire and splicing it into the existing trailer lights. Mine was only good for parts.

I hooked these up right out of the box to my truck and they worked perfectly. Don't have to worry about the trailer ground because they use the vehicle ground. double taped the wires and added the 96650 100 lb magnets to the bases(went right on) and they will not come off. Keeping these in an old lunch box inside the truck out of the weather so corrosion should never be a problem. Also don't have to worry about catching and ripping off the wiring if you are pulling trailer off road. plus these are muti purpose and can be used for more than 1 application.Not super heavily made and cheap plastic but have had no issues so far.

The lights come with plenty of wire, which quickly becomes tangled with use. I loomed it and solved problem. Lights worked every time, bright and very visiable. Magnets hold, until strong bump knocked mine loose, lense popped off and crushed by another vehicle. May temporarily better secure them when towing next time. Can't beat it for the price.

Very weak magnets. Put on clean angle iron. Fell off and bounced down road on first use.

Works well until the green wire broke. The wire is so cheap, it cannot be wired back together. I was amazed that I have never seen wire that I cannot strip like this wire. I'd buy better ones that uses good wire.

Two sets gone, waste of money, would be good for an emergency. cheap and small magnets, flew off my trailer twice and they broke instantly.

magnets don't hold. wires are realy thin and break easaly.
