THis is a great little flashlight. I got mine for free which makes it even better. Its a bright little flashlight, although it seems to be not that heavy duty.

Excellent price value. Light is bright with good range, yet small and compact. Highly recommend for home nightstand, hotel room. and vehicles.

I got this free as a promotional item and this light is amazing! Super bright! In fact, I thought I almost fried my retinas because I accidently turned it on while looking at the LEDs, not realizing that it came with batteries installed. I had an after-image in my vision for like five minutes! Won't do that again! : ) This thing has nine LEDs and can easily light up the 100+/ft. tall tree tops in my yard, yet it fits in the palm of your hand. It doesn't project a narrow concentrated beam of light, but is more like a flood light. I compared this with my 19.2V worklight that came with a drill kit and it is probably five times brighter. I wasn't looking for a flashlight, but just picked this up as a freebie, and already I am thinking of all the possible uses for this. I wanted a light for my bicycle and I think I just found it. You could easily ride trails at night with this. I'm not sure how many lumens this puts out but if you had two of these on your bike handle-bars, I think it would be just as bright, if not brighter, than a car headlight! It is that bright! It is also very lightweight so I may try mounting it on some of my radio-controlled toys. Right now, I have it in my car emergency tool bag and replaced the huge, much inferior battery pack worklight with it, and I plan on buying some more of these. Even if you don't get this as a freebie, it is well worth the purchase price. Only issue could be battery life but I haven't had it long enough to comment on that. It does stay cool to the touch even after long use. It would be neat if it had strobe or S.O.S. feature, but that would probably increase the price, and this is a great light for what it is.

Sorry someone got a bad one I have two and love them and plan to buy about five more. there small and easy to handle with a nice Bright light.

This is a great small but powerfull light. I bought 2, one for me and one for my wifes sewing room. I am going to get 3 more, one for each car and one for my motorcycle. For the price, you can't beat the deal, and it comes with batteries. If you need a bright light, this is the little powerhouse you need to pick up.

Like others, I got this for free. However, I'd still recommend it at the typical sales price. I've had more expensive LED flashlights that didn't work any better or didn't work as well.

The down side is that it's not made as well as an expensive flashlight. It has a solid aluminum construction, an O right that might prevent leakage, but the top bezel isn't rounded off. Although it falls slightly short of being sharp, a nick or two on it could leave a jagged spot.

I didn't expect much from this light, especially since I got it free after reedeming a cou pon from HF. Was I ever surprised! It shines a very bright cone of light despite it's tiny size and light weight. I have bought several of these now, and keep one in the glove box of each of our cars. During storms (we live in New England), I always have one in my pocket just in case. Handy for walking the dog and taking out the trash, too. I used to buy mini MagLites for these uses, but they are expensive and often fail.Right now, I have THREE which no longer work. For a few shekels (or FREE!), get one of these instead. My only complaint is that the lens can be a bit loose on some, and the light's not water resistant. But those are small complaints!

I've had a couple of these great little flashlights fail, but they are easily fixable. They don't work because the printed circuit board with the LEDs loses contact with the case. To restore contact, press a 17 mm or 5/8 inch socket hard against the lens of the flashlight. If that doesn't do it, unscrew the switch/cap and remove the battery pack. Stand the 17 mm or 5/8 inch socket upright on a sturdy flat surface and put the lens of the flashlight against the socket. Put a board on the other end of the flashlight and lightly tap the board a few times with a hammer. This presses the circuit board against a ridge inside the case. Reinstall the battery pack, screw on the cap/switch, and you should be good to go.
