Had a really bad mole problem. Now after putting several of these units in my flower beds no more moles. I can't say if they will work for you but try one and see if it does, I think you will be happy with the results.

We have a large yard, purchased 4 of these, installed one to test. We had mole hills big enough to show up on a National Geographic map. After a couple of days, no new hills. Worked for a couple of weeks, wife mentioned hadn't heard it sounding off, guess what, new hills.
Good News, went out, switched to off, then on, works again, no new hills since

I had a destructive mole and new I was going to have to call an exterminator to set traps to try to kill it. I saw the ad for the solar powered chaser and decided that I would try two before calling the professional. I disregarded the instructions and put them straight to work, (no full day of sun). No sign of the mole. I didn't think these things would work, but they did. It has been two weeks, exterminator not needed here. Thank you!

I bought two of these, not that the yard is big, but the moles were really making a mess of my yard. I put them in when we got home (~8pm), the next morning (6am). we noticed a hole & what looked like a path leading from the hole; sure enough, I no longer have new tunnels in my front yard. We do live in a very quiet area, which may be why they worked as well as they did?

This was perfect. We didn't want to kill the gopher's, just wanted them to go somewhere else. Our property is on the edge of the forest. We put these in our garden and haven't seen any signs of gopher's since. It's been several months. I took the mole chasers out of the garden and they haven't come back. It's been over a month since I took them out of the garden area. We assume the gopher's went back to the forest. Perfect for us and the gopher's!

Western Wash. has to be the mole capital of the country. I have tried EVERYTHING to get rid of moles including buying battery powered mole chasers from[@] (best price I could find for the things 3 for $35 but each takes about $12 worth of D cell batteries, which only last one season). Nothing worked and for a long time I just put up with them, until this year when it looked like they were hosting a convention in my front yard - I had 24 mole hills in a 40 X 70 yard! I bought one of these - I'll be honest - it didn't do squat. Desperate, and knowing I've spent a ton of money trying lots of other remedies that didn't work, I doubled down and bought TWO MORE (Hey, at [$] each, they're cheap!). Within about a week they were ALL GONE and I have not seen one new hill since May! Don't believe the 60 foot claim on the package - put them about 30 feet apart. After you initially place them, the moles may burrow right up to them to find out what they are - don't be surprised. As to the beeping mentioned in other reviews - it's barely audible and a small price to pay. Bury them deeper than the picture on the package and you'll hear less beeping and the moles will hear more! I love the fact that these are solar powered because I spent more on batteries to power one for just 6 months than one of these costs - and these will run as long as the sun shines. I'll let you know how they hold up through the winter.

I have a colony of mole's that moved into my junipers due to all the houses being built around me.I got fed up with the moles eating all my phlox and they chewed the bark off my japanese maple. So I sought to get rid of the god for saken rodents.So i started to look around and found these noise makers,and I have to say they are in the ground 6 days now and I havent seen a single mole.And the added bonus is that they do aggrevate pesky neighbors and seem to keep there dogs out of the yard.

We live on two lots and the moles were everywhare. I kept wondering how long before one of us would break a bone for tripping.
Found these on a trip to HF and a customer had come back to buy more for his daughter's house because his worked so well. I gave it a try and they did the job..no more moles. We put them back out this year and are still clear of moles.

I use this at home in Texas to keep copperhead snakes away. My dogs were bitten three times in a two month span before I started using these.

The mole aspect is just an added benefit for me.

The only negative is that the units are not waterproof. I went to change out the rechargeable batteries (after two years) and had to throw two units away due to water.
