Very Cheaply Made Even at "Half Off" or [$] or even $6.98. Simply don't work well at any price. After the first use, you could smell the electric motor burning up. When I took it back the cashier told me quite a few come back. If you are needing a set of clippers which work, check out conair's starter set for $10.00 everyday. After 3 clippings they are working great.

My fiance bought me these clippers to shave the animals, now that warm weather is here.
1. They over heat withing 20minutes of clipping
2. Even for clean, unmatted, well cared for hair I had to make multiple swipes before I could get it to cut the hair properly.
3. They're loud and the vibration kind of sucks.
4. When it gets hot it actually starts to burn your hand!
~You get what you pay for~ Cheap is well.. Cheap.

This is the worst clipper I have ever owned. Should have known by the price that it was cheap made. I like a lot of Harbor Freight items but not this one!
