If you put the right grinding wheel on this, it is a beast. It's small enough to easily maneuver around anything you are working on but plenty powerful. Easy to weild with one hand as opposed to my other monster grinder.

I've been using it on fence posts to grind flat spots for welding together log racks and it flat out beats my other small grinder.

If you see these on sale, grab two. They are so inexpensive and useful that you can never have too many laying around the shop. The button takes a little getting used to but once you master that, it's no problem.

I have used this grinder on quite a few projects now and you just can't beat it! It has done everything I have asked from it whether grinding or cutting. If you catch it on sale you would be crazy not to take it home with you!

This little grinder is awesome! I have beet these to death and they still run great and get the job done. I have not had one fail on me yet. I only replaced it because I snapped the little sheild off by accident. That metal could be of higher quality but other then that a very good tool for the price!

I have 2 Angle Grinder from HFT and I am very happy with both they do the job well, I have cut rebar, steel pipes, Ground down welds and have not been able to kill the ones I have.

I really don't treat them good and I am rough on them. They where so cheap I did not think they would last as long as they have but they are still working for me 3 years later if you get them on sale and just have it siting around when the time comes you need one you will be glad you bought it.

These angle grinders are priced below any I've seen elsewhere. They perform adequately, especially for their price.

These grinders make it affordable to maintain several grinders, each with different media, so that during a job, it's unnecessary to swap wheels. Just grab the grinder with the disc / wheel you need.

I keep 5 grinders hanging on the wall. 2 of the grinders are this Drill Master and they're the first ones to be loaned out as they are the least expensive to replace.

I recently purchased one of these grinders for my offending neighbor who is fond to (borrow) my grinders, bringing them back with spent discs. Now that he has his own grinder, he's less likely to borrow mine. :)

use this thing for everything, replaced a junk name brand one, got it on sale and for the price im very pleased,, im sure its not gonna last long with the abuse i throw at it but for that price or even non sale price its worth it,, gotta be realistic a tool so inexpensive isnt gonna last decades,, i figure 2 months would be twice as long as id expect ... time to money spent, if it lasts that long i will definately buy another maybe 2.. and that ugly drillmaster sticker comes off easy so thats a plus... if u have teenagers using your higher end tools grab one of these for them to use,, save ur money tools//// 5 stars for being soooo much tool for so lil money,

I bought this grinder back in December of 2011 and bought the extended warranty because I really thought it was going to be junk. Since the I have used it hundreds of time from grinding welds to making holes in the floor! My assumption was WAY OFF it has turned out to be one of the best tool i have bought by price. All my friends have Name Brand grinders But, my Harbor Freight Grinder equals them or Out Performs them! I am now a frequent Harbor Freight Customer.

I purchased the 4-1/2" Angle Grinder to make a BBQ pit from a 250gal propane tank, I used these tool to make all the cuts, including cutting out the door on the tank which was ¼ inch thick and it worked great. I love this tool until someone broke into my shop and stole it from me. I give it 10 stars

What a great little grinder! I wouldn't want to build a battleship with it, but it's light weight, agile design is it's advantage. My old grinder finally died, but this grinder fits my needs. Do your self a favor and purchase the 10 pack assorted disc pack. For the price, buy (2)!

I put this little guy through the wringer and so far I have zero complaints. I can't believe I got this for the $$ on sale! I would buy it again in 10 years if it ever went dread..but I have no doubts that it will be working hard after 10 years.
