I bought this tool just over a year and a half ago. I get about ten minutes run time when it was new and now as well.

This is a durable tool, about two months ago I accidentally left it out in my yard for a week while it rained for two days. I removed the battery, dried it in rice for three days and it worked! I was amazed.

I am a regular shopper at HF!

Had mine a couple of years still works great. The 3-1/8" High Speed Steel Half Moon Multifunction Tool Blade is the best attachment but you have to buy it separately.

wish they came with 2 batteries or had them for sale, otherwise this is easily over 100 piece of equipment ,i cant believe the quality and durability

Got this to do some simple sanding in a house I purchased. Also to scrape some heavy coated glue is on the side of the counter so I can reglue the side on. Being a female I know LITTLE of tools. This was a NICE easy tool for me. It didn't vibrate so hard that I couldn't keep it in my hand. (I do have some carpal tunnel in my hands.) It is very portable so I can do more scraping with it and use it for sanding as well. I also do crafts so this can be used for an added bonus for me. I LOVE this!

This item is great for electrical work installing J-boxes or cut-in boxes in drywall and in wood cabinets, Great for cutting furring strips behind drywall on block walls also. I carry mine with me in my tool box and use it for small detail cutting. I saw that they are selling extra batterys now, so I will need to purchase extra battery. If they had a quick charger this item would be perfect

There are a variety of tasks this machine can be used for. There is no reason not to use this product on any application it is intended for. It's strong enough to handle anything. It's so easy to use. I think sometimes I view somenew products with suspision, but I didn't need to for this one. It will do the job and do it well.

I just looking to buy this tool .I was reading the comments about the battery.I didn t know why it is cheeaper to buy the tool with the battery .It does not matter what brand buying the battery seperate cost more money.HD is about saving us money

I purchase this multi-tool because of the price and needed something to fix a door jam for a rental did not think it would work that great but to my surprise it is a great tool and has good power I am glad I purchased it and will recommend this tool to my friends.
