I bought this saw last week. It cuts copper, coils and sheet metal a/c units. This saw is better the $199.00 one that i bought last year. This is a powerful saw and the price is right!

    Bought to cut floor boards and joists. Falls apart and you need a second man to stand by to unplug or to replug in when the trigger sticks!

      hhad one for a day the shoe plate and uper part you hold on too came off well i was useing it. bought 2 year warranty so went back got new one and same thing even making sure the 2 hex heads where thight!!!

      Took it out of the box, chucked in a metal cutting blade to cut copper. Zipped right through it with plenty of control.Went to pick it up to make a second cut. Pulled the trigger. Nothing. not even a groan. For [$] one does not expect a lot. But one would expect the tool to last more than 30 seconds. Needless to say it going back.

      Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
