SAE Drill/Tap/Deburr Bit Set

This product and Greenlee are made in the same country, probably from the same factory. Same quality as Greenlee, but without the markup. Been using mine for a few years now for drilling/retapping electrical boxes and cans with perfect results.

This kit was great for an emergency repair of an electrical device mounting arrangement that needed redrilling and tapping for a new location. I used the 10/24 and 10/32 drill/taps. I am going to fit all my crews with one in each tool kit.

This set for this price is simply awesome. I used a coupon to make it even better. I am an electrician and use these all the time. I AM TELLING YOU RIGHT NOW THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS AND THE ONE FROM GREENLEE. Actually there is....this one includes a nice set of apex bits and does if for less than half the price. Other than that everything is identical right down to the case (Black vs. Green). They have to be made by the same manufacturer. I bought both the SAE and Metric sets for less than one set of the Greenlee would have cost me.

Broke the first time I went to use it. A quality product would last for years. This lasted three minutes.

This seemed like a perfect fit for what I needed and the price was great, but the first try, the bit broke. Very disappointed. I confess that I am not a skilled craft person, but I was using caution and it's not clear to me how I could have made use of this product without it breaking.
