Overweight Items Items Marked “Overweight Item” ship via truck freight line and are subject to an additional freight charge per overweight item as shown on the applicable product page. Customers are responsible for all lift gate charges when shipped by truck line.
Lift-Gate Charge If you do not have the equipment to offload certain overweight items from the delivery truck, a truck with a lift gate must be assigned for delivery of your order. The lift-gate charge covers the cost of this special delivery. If you think you will need a truck with a lift-gate, please contact Customer Service Inbound Sales at 1-800-423-2567.

Order Processing Time Most orders will be processed and leave our warehouses within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Any out of stock item that is under $10.00 will be cancelled from your order and will need to be reordered at a later time.

Harbor Freight Tools uses FedEx Smart Post, FedEx Ground, FedEx Economy, FedEx Next Day Air, FedEx Home Delivery or truck freight line to ship your orders to you. Harbor Freight Tools makes every effort to ship items the next business day if ordered by 4pm PST. If authorization is delayed in order to confirm payment or prevent fraud, Harbor Freight Tools reserves the right to delay shipments, but every effort will be made to ship at the soonest possible time. Delivery times are expected, not guaranteed. Most non-overweight orders will arrive within the following time periods after they leave our warehouses*:
Standard Ground: 5 - 14 business days
Express: Second Day
Premium: Next Day

Weather delays and other circumstances may impact delivery time. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, rural areas, and Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands will take longer.
Return Policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased, you may return the insured product within 90 days for a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
