This stuff works just as good as the name brand stuff at a fraction
of the cost of the loctite brand. just remember for this stuff to work
properly/all surfaces must be clean and free of rust/dirt/oil/grease.
once applied make sure you assemble items within a couple minutes
and then let it 'setup" for an hour before putting item into
service.

I read the negative reviews and had to laugh, so I purchased a bottle and tested it against the Loctite equivalent, which costs three times as much. I put some of each on identical nuts and bolts, and the result was that there is no difference whatsoever between the two brands, just a much cheaper price for the Harbor Freight item.

Great for locking bolts or whatever that you intent or need to remove. Works fine for that purpose.

I've used this threadlocker in an industrial environment with few issues. Yes, you may need to use a pin to clear out the nozzle in between applications, but I don't consider this a big deal. It sets up quickly and is a good value. One caveat- when using in an electrical application,it acts as an isolator (it isn't conductive)- for most uses that's fine, but if you are using it as an electrical connection, be advised of the isolation.

Bought this thread locker and when I went to use it, it would not flow out of the bottle. I removed the nozzle and discovered that the sealing liquid had turned to paste and was, therefore, unusable. Spend a little more and get something better.

CHEAP....does not cure. Product has failed on every apllication it has been used.
