Where do I find my 10-digit ITC member number?
DID YOU PURCHASE YOUR MEMBERSHIP ONLINE? Visit your local Harbor Freight store to access all of your Member deals and benefits starting 3 hours after online purchase! Just provide your email address at checkout. Your Inside Track Club Member number will arrive by email within 3-5 days. Your Personal Membership Card will arrive by mail. Renewing Members: You will be renewed on your existing Member number and will not receive a new membership card. If you need a new card, please contact Customer Service.
If you have trouble logging in or need a replacement membership card, please call Customer Service team at 1-800-444-3353, Monday thru Sunday, 6am to 6pm (PT). Allow 7-10 business days to receive your replacement card.
