I started a sign shop and I bought these bits on sale, all the while thinking I would have to replace them after a short while. A year later after daily use, these bits perform as good as the day I bought them. Great buy for the money.

After about 50 linear feet of deep cutting in birch, one of the bits began to burn and scar wood at the end of my project. When not cutting so deep it worked fine. Did not cost much to purchase this one bit as it was sold separately, and I have replaced it. Probably would have been fine if I would have taken several passes at the cut.

I am new to using a router, these bits I have used about have of them. They all seem very sharp and cut smoothly. No drag down on my HF 2HP fixed based router I have set in a table. I would like to shanks to be a bit longer.

First bit I used was the 1/2" dovetail, in my B&D 1.5 HP router mounted on a table to create a dovetail for a drafting table I am building. I would like to get my money back but I doubt they will take used bits back. I couldn't get through a whole joint and I have no desire of trying again. The bit went dull instantly in the birch I was cutting. and after the first two pieces it stopped cutting and started burning.

Bottom line DO NOT buy this even for casual use.
