Nice Greenhouse Review by AC
-
Now that I have it up (it really takes two people, so plan on that), I'm quite happy with it. Assembly is complex, and the instructions were awful (but I believe they have since been updated).
I installed mine on pressure treated 2x6 lumber, and laid a stepping stone floor inside. No problems with wind or escaping panels. If you are having problems with panels flying off, you may be installing the glazing clips backward (there are two ways to do it, and the correct way should be quite secure - try googling for "W glazing clips" and look for pictures of properly installed clips to see if you have done it right).

A Good Product At A Reasonable Price Review by George Eversole, Phoenix, AZ
-
MUST be installed on a base, which must be absolutely square - measurements from corner to corner (catycorner) must be the same - all per the instructions. I used pressure treated 4x4's, so you have to step over the one on the door side to enter. It is on a brick paved patio.
Everything lined up and fit perfectly. The overhead vent doors ARE hinged, and do NOT fall as previously posted. No problems with the door, either. Haven't had any problems with the glazing clips popping off, but mine is in an area protected from high winds.
I've crammed it full of plants for 3 winters. A small space heater - with no insulation - keeps the temperature at 52 when Phoenix temperatures dip into the high 30's, low 40's. A small fan operating 24/7 keeps air circulating.
A small A/C unit will not cool it sufficiently for summer use under blazing sun, when temperatures reach 105 to 116, or more.
Hint: to keep from crushing the bottom door track by stepping on or tripping over it, install a piece of 3/4x3/4/1/8 aluminum angle on the inside of the exposed strip.
I'm happy with the purchase. Just don't know how long the plastic panels will last in the Phoenix sun.

Know what you're getting into before buying this! Review by Tig

If you know the bad news and have ways to get around it, then you can have a greenhouse on the cheap. But beware!
I assembled mine on a flat concrete patio, which is the easiest way to do it.
After laying out the parts in order, assembly became increasingly more dfificult, as the instructions and pictures are inadequate.
The frame is VERY thin aluminum and it bends distressingly easily. If you accidentally step on or bump into a piece, it will bend.
The two windows in the roof do not have anything securing them to the roof. The top of each rests along the ridge rail. The pull of gravity is sufficient to cause them to fall off, when you prop them open. This doesn't occur right away - it takes a day or two.
The sliding door stuck badly. Other reviews I've read say it is prone to fly right off the greenhouse in a wind.
I simply could NOT get the wire clamps to stay in place. I'd put them in and they'd fly back out again. Other reviews say they come off in a wind, and then you lose your windows as well!
I caulked in m windows, and will apply hinges to the windows and add the door another way.

Great Greenhouse Review by Dan Thomas
-
I got this as a gift, and it is GREAT...Pay attention to the details and this is a snap...The trick is to assemble it on a flat square foundation. There is no cutting or modifiying....If it doesnt fit, its not correct...Looking into adding a second one to make it twice as long....

GREAT FOR THE PRICE TO START OUT WITH Review by JOE
-
MY GIRLFRIEND BOUGHT THIS TO START GROWING VEGGIES AND PLANTS IN. I FIGURED FOR THE PRICE SHE COULDN'T GO WRONG, IT IS WELL WORTH THE PRICE. WE COULDN'T FIND ANOTHER GREENHOUSE EVEN CLOSE TO THIS PRICEMAD EOUT OF THESE MATERIALS. IT DOES TAKE SOME TIME AND KNOWLEDGE TO BUILD, I BUILD SUNROOMS AND CONSERVATORIES FOR A LEAVING SO I WAS COMFORTABLE WITH THIS. IT SHOULD BE BUILT WITH SOME KIND OF FOUNDATION. MY GIRLFRIEND WILL PROBABLY END UP UPGRADING IN A YEAR OR TWO TO THE BIG ONE THEY SELL.

We bought this greenhouse two years ago it was and is a great buy. It is a project to put up, but just takes time. After two years of northwest weather it is still operating and meeting all our needs.
