I read all the comments and I sealed the edges with caulk first .I bought a 9 dollar worklight and put it in. Also I stole my wife's panty hose and used them to cover the two holes .Don't forget the big one in the back. I cut a hole in the grommet for the light, and the one for the air hose grommet. You have to put the air hose through first before the quick disconnect to fit. It may seam like alot to do ,but when you finally get going you will see it is worth it. The other thing I am not a big fan of the walnut shell media for rusty parts but it works for the lighter stuff.

Comments about Central Pneumatic Abrasive Blast Cabinet:

This a good basic cabinet it does need all the seams sealed. The drain is usles nothing will drain out so I cut it off and reshapes it now it works. Didn't like to use a the shop vac so hooked up a power vent and sent the bust out the window. No more dust in the shop!! I have 25 path lights to blast a repaint. Better have a BIG air compresor.

Comments about Central Pneumatic Abrasive Blast Cabinet:

I had the earlier HF unit like this, only it was gray. Leaked terribly. Built-in hopper is so shallow, the media refused to flow to the bottom. Raise your arms, lift the whole cabinet up, crash it down on the bench.. get a couple second's blasting done, then repeat. Save your dough until you can buy the bigger one with the deep hopper on the bottom. It's made a lot better, too. I love mine.

After putting a 24" light and calking the seams this unit is great for the money. Parts are avaialble by phone so I am not sure why other reviews are squaking about no parts. Just call the number in the manual.

Nice cabinet but the parts are cheap, gloves, replacement film, etc. Big disappointment that I can't buy replacement parts.

Comments about Central Pneumatic Abrasive Blast Cabinet:

My wife got this for my birthday for my project Jeeps and parts.I read the other reviews and first thing is checked the seams. They must have read them too because mine was chaulked. I did do some more for a few other holes I think would leak out. You can use panty hose to cover the exhaust hole. It is a good cabinet for the money . I will put a work light in like others have suggested. It is big enough to do some pretty big parts. The only thing is the grate is a little on the light side to hold up heavy parts but I can weld another piece to help with that.

Instead of a vac I use ladies panty hose over the openings and dust is minimal. Well worth what I paid. Easily stored till needed. Saved a whole lot of money to blast and powder coat myself.
