I bought one of these when it was on sale for around $12 . I rebuild old Italian mopeds so I have the 21 gal upright compressor along with several paint guns and airbrushes. I had just bought my wife a new clothes dryer and the place I bought it wanted $40 to recycle the old one. I took the saw and in 15 minutes had the dryer housing cut down to small flat sheet metal panels. I ended up airbrushing different nature scenes on them and sold them at a yard sale. I later bought 2 more of the saws because I thought they would wear out fast. I am still on my first one and that was 5 dryer housings and 2 washing machine housings ago. I can not figure why these folks say they are having problems. Use plenty of tool oil on an inline oiler and you will not have problems.

Video has a mistake, says to apply tool, then cut. Whereas the correct way is to lean guard against the work, get tool running full speed, then contact the work. It needs a lot of oil, so I use ATF (Auto Trans fluid) or Power Steering fluid from the HF store. Also uses the 24 tooth or 32 tooth hacksaw blades from the HF store cut in half with this tool. Use the smooth side of the blade to cut foam, plastic, rubber without damaging finish

If you have a compressor that can maintain 90 psi this is an amazing tool..

I used it for making modifications to a friend truck it was OK with his compressor..

Used it with my v twin compressor and it allows super fine cutting of painted body panels without burning of paint or worry about slipping.

Really small and easy to use. Can be tricky on corners but it has become my go to tool for cutting car panels that are already painted..

I read the reviews after I purchased the product and was concerned. I used the tool and found it to be what I expected. I did not purchase blades from Harbor Freight, I purchased them from a local auto body distributor. I have since purchased blades from Harbor Freight and they are not as good as the ones I bought, but they work fine, just not as long.

Bought 4 at 4 different times. Use phillips head screwdriver to open the tool, use teflon tape on screw so you won't lose it. Add oil (Auto Trans Fluid) or power steering fluid to the piston. Tighten blade with allen wrenches. To the rear port, use teflon tape and quick connect, insert drops of oil (ATF, Power Steering or Air oil) Can also use the blades from 10 inch hacksaw to cut foam/mattress padding or PVC or small shrubs. Use oil everytime on the rear port.

this thing just slices through plastic without an issue. steel braded hoses as well. so far no issues yet so id say it was worth its weight in gold for me.

Cutting PVC straight or at angle? Don't buy a PVC saw or jig saw - use this tool for metal and PVC. This High Speed saw is great. Just use a lot of oil. Try six drops to get it started. If it does not move, use more oil.
Takes the pneumatic oil or ATF (Auto Trans Fluid) or Power steering fluid.

Given the tone of some of the reviews, I'm not sure we got the same tool. (Even though I had a terrible experience with an impact wrench that some rated well). I have had this little saw for several months and found it to be very handy and dependable. If I had the need, I'd buy another one. No complaints.

This thing runs through metal like butter. I'm suprized at the other reviews because mine is great. It maybe that im using an 80 gallon compressor. I just wrapped up rear motorcycle fender fabrication and im happy with my purchase. Its like a very accurate and controllable sawzall. The blades that HF sells are a waste.
