Worked fine on Ford Crown Victoria 2001. My first time disconnecting these types of fuel lines. Got the job done with out tinkering or fiddling.

It takes some medium force to get it to disengage the springs in the fitting. Consider lubing the contact surface for easier inserting.

Earlier I gave a good review, because the tool worked for the fuel lines on one job, but on another on of the sizes did not work.

The ID of the tool restricted it from fully closing on the line. I should have ground it down to add some clearance. But ended up buying the plastic ones as the first reviewer recommended.

BUY THE PLASTIC ONES.

This tool didn't work for me. It appears that the thickness of the metal flange that inserts to disengage the quick disconnect would not slide under the retention spring on the female end of the quick disconnect fitting.





I went to a national auto parts chain store and bought a set of the plastic tools. These worked well. HF also has the plastic tools. They look similar to what I bought so you may want to try the plastic HF disconnect tool instead of this one.
