Great little trailer! Had it loaded to the maximum weight and pulled it behind my '99 Saturn for 2500 miles. Smooth as could be and didn't effect mileage one bit. Added a spare tire and mount (also from HF) but didn't need it for the trip. Tires hardly worn. I had to loosen one of the bearings when I bought the trailer but that's an easy fix that anyone who buys a trailer that you have to assemble, must be aware of.

Going to use the frame to build a more utilitarian trailer since I don't need the aerodynamic clamshell anymore.

Great trailer 4 the price.I pulled it behind my 2006 Harley Ultra Classic the past 2 years on vacation.Last years trip was 5000 miles, this year 6200 miles, both were 2 weeks out west and into Canada with absolutely 0 problems and the majority of the time it was being towed at 75-85mph.Easy assembly and easy to customize. Painted mine to match my bike and added a cooler on tongue.Attached pieces of thick mat above the rear of springs to remove rattles,added LED lighting and rear spoiler light on top and carpeted inside and weatherstripped lip on inside of lid to keep moisture out.Would definitely buy another one,can't beat it for your money.

use a peice 4 inch belt and screwed into the frame to hold the belt in place under the shackle bolts. toke off the overload spring off. used eye bolts to hold the cargo box on.

Very nice little trailer. I tow it behind my Harley Davidson Roadking and don't even feel it behind me!! Take all the hints listed from other purchasers about bearings packed properly, and led lights are a big add for visibility and little draw from the cycle's electrical system. I've had mine for 2 years now, and don't know how many miles are on it already, but I love this little trailer and I'm glad I found this one before spending so much more money for almost the same type of trailer elsewhere.

Flipped the frame around to move C.G. back. Put a longer toung with a cooler rack on. Added LED lights and third brake light. Made removable "T" frames for a rack to carry our bikes on long trips. Put the rubber hose on shackle bolts as well as added 3/8" nylon glide surfaces for the springs. They don't bounce against the frame any longer and just slides with spring compression. Now it is real quiet to pull. Only problem is hard to find replacement bearings and seals because they are metric bearings.

It pays to read the reviews and follow the wisdom of others. I did everything but change the handles. I find being careful they hold up fine. I pulled this behind my 04' GL1800 Goldwing all the way to Keystone, SD and back. Stopped once to have the grease fittings greased in Wyoming. The tire ship did not even charge me.





I custom painted my top to match the bike and added some stick-on chrome from Walmart.
