Bought this scale for my middle school Technology Classroom. So far, it's been EXTREMELY accurate. I've tested it with scale weights from 10g to 1000g and it weighed perfectly every time. This scale has been accurate no matter where the weight is placed on the platform and returns to zero right after the weight has been removed every time. It feels a little flimsy, but hasn't broken yet. Amongst careful people, I would expect it to be fine. For the price, I find it to be an exceptional value.

I like to customize my tennis racquets by adding lead tape to the handle and frame edges and this little scale is great for that. I checked its accuracy by measuring the weight of one of my racquets and comparing the result to what the manufacturer's specs show for the weight and they were identical down to the tenth of an ounce (in this case 11.6 ounces). The weight display doesn't seem to fluxuate like some other scales I've used but instead quickly settles on a result.

We use this scale every day measuring pool chemicals and it has been a real trooper. We don't baby it and the PVC stands up to the harsh chemical environment very well. We have had this for over a year and it shows no sign of quitting.

I have never ever seen a scale that doesn't need calibration EXCEPT a baby scale. Any time you are doing intricate specific weights on a scale, it must be calibrated before use. And always tare your scale before you do your product weights even if you are putting your product on paper.





I've done a lot of work with scales, from pharmaceuticals right down to paint formulas, and let me tell you for a fact, it is vital to calibrate or you can get a real mess made.

I have had this scale for over a year now and it works flawlessly. Sometimes, there is a slight delay on the numbers changing as you pour small amounts of liquid in but the scale weighs very accurately. I have spilled resin all over it by accident but it just keeps on going!


The weighing platform is easily removed for cleaning and with the buttons protected under a plastic cover this scale has really performed for me.

I bought this to measure small R/C model airplane components in the 5 gram (small servos and receivers) to 20 ounce (complete model airplane) range. I was a little concerned about the accuracy, since I was using it at the absolute lower end of its range. It seemed to work good, but then again, I had nothing to really compare it to. But, this evening I was doing some ammo reloading, and realized I could check this scale against my triple weight precision beam scale I use for measuring powder charges. This digital scale agreed with my beam scale exacly at the 50 gram and 7.5 gram (scale kept cycling between 7 and 8 grams on the screen) test weights.

I bought this scale over a year ago, and it still works great. I use this scale to measure items anywhere from 1 gram to just over 2 pounds. It is a very accurate, great little scale, but there is one annoying feature if you are measuring things using the "tear" function: the scale has an auto shut off after 40 seconds of inactivity. I measure items in containers that I need to tear the weight off of. If I don't use the scale constantly, after 40 seconds, it turns off, and I'm stuck having to weigh everything & manually subtract out the weight of the container. If you are weighing as I do, keep a calculator by the scale or just make sure you keep using it before the 40 second shut off.

I use this for weighing stuff in the workshop, and for my outbound mail for USPS Click-n-Ship. It's accurate, reliable and easy to use. It's also small and easily stored. Hard to beat for the price when on sale.
