I am retired, but not always around to do the vents, this product has worked flawlessly for almost a year now. I love that it is so simple, and dependable. I highly recommend.

I've purchased four of these openers for my greenhouse with two vents. The first two were purchased with the 6 x 8 greenhouse almost five years ago. One worked and still works five years later but the second was DOA. It's replacement was DOA but I finally got another one that works recently. I like these because they don't hang down into the greenhouse like some of the more expensive ones do. When they work, they really work well but it is hit and miss whether or not they will work...

Where the device bends the pivit pins push washer pops off or the spring slips off. Another problem, upon closer inspection when I got home I discovered the oil charge had leaked out. I had one on the window leak oil on a flat of plants and kill them. You need to improve this product.

Installed two units in our greenhouse and must say they work like a charm. With both of us away at work during the day it's great to know the windows will open and close as needed, depending on how the sun hits the greenhouse. Simple but effective.

Easy to install. Have 10 x 12 ft green house with four roof vents. Installed this opener on all four. Stong enough to hold the vent door in position in high winds.
