I'm a disabled veteran so I have to ensure that I have storage that is easy for me to get to. I used my 20% of discount and took it home. I really like it, wish they had one that was only one sided, but it works great.

All parts were in the two boxes. Nothing was broken. I watched while my 35 year old son put it together (I have a real bad back and that bending would have killed me). All pre drilled holes lined up. Mount the bolts for the wheels with heads on the bottom. We started at the bottom and put all nuts,bolts and screws in hand tight. My son made the comment that it was made real well,like a rack for holding a lot of hard drives for large servers. As things were tightened up it squared right up (no square needed). We had one screw break and one screw head made as to where a phillips screw driver wouldn't fit it. There were plenty of extras in the package so no problem. I like it because if you have hanging on the wall behind it, just roll it out of the way to get to whatever you need to get to, then roll it back in place. It is a great piece of garage equipment for the little cost. IF I need more storage room I will buy another even at full retail price.

Great deal. Found this on sale and applied a 20% off for a wonderful price. Went together quick and smooth. Seems to be very strong and well built. Needed to put the wheele bolts nuts up on the swivel set. Other than that no problem. Could use larger wheels. I might change that later, these are a little too small, gives a bumpy ride. Best deal by far compaired to other stores.

I needed to make the most out of my at home store/office space. My husband suggested this set up of bins for the great price. I didn't have the floor space for this set up, so we seperated the metal racks-making single racks and hung them on the wall. Then I placed the bins on the racks and increased my volume of organizational space for the items I sell more than I thought I could. I sell craft items online and need to be able to fill orders quickly and efficiently. This was the least expensive most organized way to go. I looked at other racks for mounting on the wall just like what we created out of this set and found them to be [$] for less bins and [$] for same amount!! Thanks Harbor freight for the bins and thanks honey for thinking outside the box!

I must have gotten one built on a wednesday, because there were no missing or broken parts, in fact there were plenty of extra fasteners.

After reading the reviews, I expected super cheap hardware, but it was quality enough. Had it together and bins hung in 30 minutes, its sturdy enough for pretty serious storage( sockets, fasteners, etc). The bins could be better quality, but they are not cheap and brittle as some reviews have stated. For the price I paid with the 20% discount, they are just fine.

My only complaint keeping this from a perfect 5 would be the wheels. They roll straight just fine, but they didnt like to turn, they kept catching. Didnt matter to me as I had a few other sets of quality rubber casters and just swapped them out.

This really is a quality setup for a super price.

Its sturdy and that makes me happy. It took me two hours to put together not because its complex but because of all the small screws. The price is awesome though!!

Previous reviewer complained about bolts interfering with swivel castors. Mine worked fine - put the spring washer under the bolt head, not under the nut. Plenty of clearance. Also suggest you leave all 20 hanging rack screws hand tight until after you put on the top plate - tight fit. Use square to set vertical posts then tighten angle brackets. After all fasteners are in place, tighten from the bottom up.

Assembly is tedious (lots of small screws). The swivel wheels have to be mounted with bolts reversed from manual, or the bolts interfere with the swiveling. The unit comes in 2 boxes, which the store did not know. Got home and all I had was a box of bins...no rack. Several phone calls needed and a return trip needed to resolve.

The storage rack and bins are nice and meet my expectation. However, it was a major problem to get this unit built. First we discovered the hardware (screws, nuts, casters, etc...) was missing from the rack box. After a return trip to the retailer, they opened three other cases of this same rack. The first two did not have any hardware. Luckily, the fourth did had the hardware. Then when we were finished building the metal rack, we installed the plastic bins. there were three large bins and four small bins that were cracked, broken, or otherwise damaged. One more trip back to the retailer, and they were able to get it corrected. Like I said, I like the rack, but I would urge you to make sure all the parts are in the box and undamaged before you leave. The instructions for building this rack also were not very clear. Despite building things daily, I found myself having to redo things a couple times.
